Last night Lauren said she was ready to get her ears pierced. A couple of months ago Lauren said she was ready as well and when the time came .......she jumped out of that chair so fast and was out of there!! When I picked her up from school today she asked if we could go, so off to the mall we headed.
She did a good job. There was that split second when she looked at me like I was crazy and said, " wow, that kind of hurt." So proud of her and she is very proud of herself!

I was 5 years old when I got mine pierced. My mom made me go first, she was a big wuss (you can tell her I said that). I think she only got her's pierced because her 5 year old did. Had I not asked, she still wouldn't have pierced ears. She never even wears earrings.
