Dinner with a 4 y.o.

As I'm at the sink starting the dishes Cole is still at the table with just a little more to finish.....

Cole have you finished your corn yet??

Moooommmm, I can't because my legs are tired!!!

Well, it's a good thing your sitting down then!!!

Mooommmmm ( as he is giving me the most pitiful look!! ) I can't eat corn when my legs are tired!!

So of course I give in.... Just one more bite!!!

Trick or Treat!!

Our Ballerina and Dinosaur

Lauren wanted to be a ballerina this year and she made

sure to correct EVERYONE who called her a princess

Cole loved his dinosaur

costume. I'm sure we will be

seeing it for many months.

They did such a good job this year and it was so nice

not carrying anyone.

Halloween week

Everyone is back to feeling good and just in time for a fun filled Halloween week!!

The fun started with Lauren's dance class

It was pouring down rain so i decided to throw together a last

minute cat costume (thanks to previous dance recitals)

so she wouldn't ruin her Halloween costume before

trick or treat time.

Then Cole had his Preschool Party

He adores her!!

After his party we headed out to the Pumpkin Patch

That night we carved pumpkins for the first time!

Lauren dug right in with her hands.

Cole wasn't sure about it and

tried the spoon instead!!

Halloween has so many fun things to do. It is becoming one of my our favorite holidays!!
